Brownstone Wedding Chapel is nestled in the heart of historic downtown Weatherford, Texas just one block from the courthouse square, and is conveniently located in the middle of Weatherford's beautiful historic district.
Weatherford is eighteen miles West of Fort Worth and is on Interstate-20 at exits 413 to 406. Our friendly town provides a unique wedding venue for brides form the entire DFW metroplex.

Dozens of historic homes like this one line the neighborhoods near the chapel. Above is the boyhood home of Jim Wright, former speaker of the House of Representatives and the youngest mayor of Weatherford. This home currently houses the Weatherford Fire Dept administrative offices.

Originally the home of Central Christian Church, this beautiful stone building has hosted thousands of weddings during its long history. As you step inside the fully-decorated auditorium, your first impression will be of a beautiful and historic "classic" chapel with stained glass windows on three walls, an original tin ceiling, and thick stone walls.
Then you will notice the beautiful silk floral decor, wrought iron candelabra, and wooden pews on both sides of the center aisle.
Wedding are conducted in front of the largest window, framed by large floral arrangements and candelabra. The bridal staircase creates a grand and dramatic entrance for the bride. All this historic beauty aside, we are proud to have modern HVAC as well as excellent lighting systems.
